Sesame Dressing

A versatile and easy dressing that can be used as a marinade overnight or drizzled on your favorite chicken and greens salad!

2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, roasted
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. shoyu (a Japanese soy sauce – you can substitute your fave brand)

Whisk all ingredients together.  Chill for at least 3 hours, be sure to whisk again before drizzling over your salad!  This dressing is perfect for grilled or shredded chicken!

If you want to use this dressing as a marinade, pour the whisked mixture into a zip bag, add your chicken and seal.  Refrigerate overnight.  You will want to discard the remaining marinade.
